Both of the new bikes are coming into dealership tomorrow by 11am. They will then be prepped. I have to work all day friday, but will be picking them up on Sat bright and early in the morning. Red on the italian beast, and blue on the jap one. You might have to wait another 3 montsh for pics again :D

Still got the gixxers tho :)

Well since I live in the real world, this is how it goes. Ride for a while. Clean it up, take pics one week (3-4pictures). Then realize there are 30 more pictures that need to be taken. Try to take the camera places ( I don't go out much, since I am super cheap), and pics never get taken. 2-3 months roll by, and pics finally get finished. Drop it off at Costco. Forget for about 3 weeks. Keep the picture tag in car X. Well car X may get driven once in 2 mnonths. Next time I get in car x, see the picture tag, and realize S#(*&(#, pics are at costco.

Pick them up. Look at them for a few days. Get a few hours off of work, then come home and post them, for your viewing pleasure. :D

Now only if I was rich like you, I too could afford a digi cam

So whats in your arsenal nowadays?

BTW how far are you from Charlotte? Gotta visit my cousins, they live 20 min from BofA headquarters.

I saw a Ducati on e-bay with a similar, or maybe the same, paintjob on the tail recently (think it said something about standing out from all the other Ducati's (funny) but it might have been red. Did you sell yours?

"brasilian women" - have you been to Brasil?

Its not a paint job on the tail. On the biposto (two seater) bikes, they come with full body colored tail (red or yellow). On the monoposto (single seater) the rear part is white. I have both tail pieces for mine. Included is a pic for you to see the difference. :)

Going to Brasil has been a dream of mine for 6.5 years. Planning to spend 11 weeks in 2005 there. :)

Do you call it "car X" because it's a Tiburon?

IMO the white tail makes the bike.

    Good one doc :D

I called it car X, because there are too many cars/bikes. I don't take a specific car to Costco, but some toys don't fall in the rotation at least 6-8 weeks.

I always loved the monochromatic tail better on the Duc, but after owning them, the white won me over. :)

got it, thanks, didn't know that. the ebay bike said had some paintjob, seriously.

I have been to Brazil a couple of times and a friend of mine just went there for the umpteenth time, to the Rio GP and bought an apartment in Fortaleza. I might go back soon again.

Iguacu is incredible, a natural wonder, just like the women.

Edit: The first time I went to Brazil was the day after I found out I had passed the bar, would have been a pretty sad trip if I had not passed.

Thank you Alan. :) Can't compare to any of your toys, but hey I gotta start somewhere. :D

    Swede,
