Oh gawd I miss lakeshore drive. Now live in Texas , and about 100 degrees. Used to drive the lakeshore listening to Alliota-Haines (sp?) in the Late 70s.
Hey - I am coming up to Chicago that weekend in My Gallardo to visit Friends - I am Staying at the Park Hyatt - I would be interested if you don't mind a former Ferrari Owner tagging along in my Lambo! Let me know... Rich Wallace
Cool, we're getting some folks for this: 308 Dan Gallardo Richard V8 Andreas ? Dave 308 Frank Last weekend I checked the route and even found a cool spot to take a shot of your car with Sears Tower in all its length. And yesterday morning my last concern was amended: They paved Franklin street. What used to be a Normandy beach mine field is now a pool billard table. And don't forget to bring those tabulated maintenance bills dating back to September 3 2004. I got three nice trophies waiting. Tod, you should win this hands down!
I might have the bill for just one visit. Apart from the actual sale of the car or someone doing massive engine work, I had a funny bit happen or more so break on me to place me pretty high up number wise. Regardless, I would like to go to this but will most likely steal a car from Dad or a buddy. SUV's do not belong no? Can I signal intent but not commit? Did I miss when the meeting time will be? RocketBoy
How does that dog get his paws on the F-1 paddles? Hummm..but can he/she drive a six speed? Love the picture.. Thanks! Vince
Meeting time is 10am at Burnham harbor (between Mc Cormick place and Soldier field, opposite Meigs field). 355 Carla 308 Dan Gallardo Richard V8 Andreas ? Dave 308 Frank H2 Rocketboy As far as the maintenance award goes: Purchasing a vehicle doesn't qualify, but everything else does. Including buying add-ons like wheels, tubis, hides, you name it. Massive engine work definitely qualifies, that's really the idea behind it so people who just went through the painful experience of doing a 30K get a little pat on the back. 3 digits no chance, 4 digits you're in, 5 digits you win. PS: All numbers submitted will be treated confidentially. I won't tell anybody, nor post anything, only announce the winners.
Ever seen Toonce the driving cat from SNL? That's how. Steve Martin: "He knows how to drive. He is just not good at it."

An act or instance of intrepidity or insolent heedlessness: warned the students than any audacities committed during the graduation ceremony would be punished) TO ASK IF WE MIND!!!!!!!! Of course we don't Now, if Andreas was to bring his........well!
