I was Gunna until the estimates came out I think they will struggle to sell them at those prices. I don't think selling the 4 yr old's birthday present will help much. It was only 350 brand new!
Saw one of these in this colour on the road yesterday. Looked a lot more implessive in the flesh. I think I'm a fan. Image Unavailable, Please Login
It looked awesome in black, so it must be even more awesomer in red Too fast and noisy for me. In my old age, I've grown to like quiet and electric. This stopping at service stations all the time is overrated I'm waiting for this to happen to mine... Image Unavailable, Please Login
I would never buy an electric motorcycle death trap; but if they made a decent car I would consider it as a daily driver.
I've read some nice reports.. at first I thought it was Ducati doing a "Panamera" or "Cayenne" and moving away from the brand.. but I now see how it's still a rider's bike and would make sense for when you're in the right mood.. great 2nd bike methinks. Surprisingly given the size and easy packaging for it.. it has no provision for a pillion! Personally I don't like taking pillion but nice to have the option..
My 100 minutes of daily commuting is boring driving anyway, and at 16.0 litres/100 km the annual cost is significant. Spend the time listening to music, may as well do it in a quiet environment.
I think if you had the diavel and a Panigale and you rode a lot, the diavel would see more miles. The sports bikes are great for short blasts; but too uncomfortable for long rides or daily use. You can take the rear cowling thing off the seat to take a pillion. Not in Harley comfort perhaps; but the facility is there.
I can't see any rear pegs.. I better take a close look in person.. no doubt about the miles! Panigale would be the "hero" bike but to save licence and get satisfaction I can see it being ridden the least miles.. or at least only where you can find the right time and place well away from the madding crowd..
I've looked at numerous photos and even after seeing the pillion, i STILL can't see where it is. Further investigation will be needed.
There you go darling. I know your eyesight is declining in your twilight years If I ever have to wipe your arse I'm out of here ! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
You can even get a brand new one through the parallel importers without our local distributors high margins. I think the saving was about $8k on the top model.
Nope not a rip off of the V rod, the Vrod would get to third gear and the Duck would not be in sight. There's a guy in Qld that put a turbo on one, well over 200RWHP by memory
Smokin' some heavy duty weed there bro' V-ROD 123 bhp, 115 Nm, 307 kg DIAVEL 162 bhp, 126 Nm, 207 kg NOT EVEN CLOSE !!!!
