Dumb question about gigapress such as used by Tesla

OK I get it--these behemoths can die cast a stamping the full length of a car, faster to make the car instead of lots of little pieces. But my question is, if you own a Tesla and you get a dent in the right rear fender do you have to buy a replacement panel that's the full length of the car or do replacement panels come in smaller pieces (right rear fender, etc.) Like it sounds more expensive to repair than an ICE car.
