Wow - Ugly and very uncharacteristic from the people I know there and the general way they do business. I didn't check futher threads but usually the GM there is on FChat and either responds directly or PMs the annoyed customer to sort things. Not my fight but there could be multiple sides to the story. Still sucks someone felt their best bet was to part with the car due to service issues whoever's fault it was. Definitely unfortunate and I feel for the (previous) owner.

I just had my major at a reputable shop and paid 8600.00. This included the water pump and new engine mounts.

I will give myself another time out just before I go Chernobyl on some lameass idea, its just a question of how long, not if.

The 3 dogs were a tribute to Jetfxr who I think was perma banned, only he could play that card with tact, grace and flawless timing!

Now if you could pull Ian, Bruce and Brian back, the geriatric Fxr crowd would be overflowing.... but its a whole lot more fun to just read... then we dont have to be the soft and gentle PC folks everyone thinks Brian is.

I think Rob should have a special title "Real Technicians", RT's would have special privilege to speak their minds, not be PC, and tell us what a stupid idea "that" was.
