Enlarge 'page' selectors at bottom of page?

any way to make the page selector numbers larger that are at the bottom of each page?

Is kind of small & have to be very precise when clicking to go from one page to the next/previous.


Also, i noticed that on some screens, the selector numbers are on bottom left, and on other screens, they are on bottom right. Might be nice to be consistent, and possibly have
them also on the top, so one doesn't have to scroll down.
