Serial 8136, are you sure about that number? It doesn't fit in the Espada range and I noted your car as Serial 8636. Can you please check this? Is it also possible to share the engine number with us?
This is how the Swedish Espada looked like when it was white, pic. taken by F-chat member Serenissma. I have a pic when it was brown that i can scann later on. Image Unavailable, Please Login

I would realy like to see that!I newer got a chance to see the car live in the Original Color Brown Metallic Called Luci Di Bosco. Eninge Number is #40785 I see that you are in Sweden. Now you have a Chance to Buy it before it Goes off to Germany,or Maybe Norway. It would be Nice if it stayed in Sweden though.
Here are the 3x Espada that attempted the 45°LamboParty. 1st one came from Austria & the 2 others were Iatlina cars. Don't ask about VIN, I don't know them ! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
They look like real "Miura style" knockoffs. Possibly the later style "bolt-on" wheels were modified (no bolt holes visible) and had the splined centers installed. I have no idea why someone would do this, the early wheels are so much better looking.
The dark red one from Austria: looks like #9818 (before this car resided in France and Germany) The silver one from Italy: this car was for sale by Luzzago in 2005, the engine number is #40224 for the VIN I have to pass The red one from Italy: I have to pass
Sorry if you missunderstood me about the pic, all i have is a scann from the backside of a Lambo Club America magazine. The pic seems to be taken in a workshop in UK. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hello Kevin, For the silver one, the ILR says it's 8240, but it doesn't match with that engine no 40224. I think that the engine no is incorrect, chassis should be in 76XX range for that no. For chassis no 8240, engine no should be 404XX to 405XX range. Car has the early S2 dash, but the later type Euro rear lights, strange (a little early for 8240...) which appeared around 84XX... so the mystery remains. Car also could had been restored without the good lights, etc, everything is possible. Best way to identify is to open the hood when we can! Ciao! Philippe S2 7987 www.lamborghinimiura.com
Hi Philippe, I dont think its #8240 which was also for sale by Luzzago (in 2003), carrying registration F3501 (Monaco ?) but there are some differences (outside mirrors, yellow front lights, ...).
yes, the dark red one is 9818, it is still registered in France, few times its on the road in Germany and of course in the way in Italy (and Austria) it was never registered in Austria
Hi Olaf, Here's a picture from you car when it was advertised in a French Magazine in 2002. Your car must be one the last Espada built. Can you share the engine number with us? Image Unavailable, Please Login
8280 currently for sale on Ebay. Another Espada with a sad history. The seller sounds like a problem waiting to happen. "$9000 stipulated liquidated damages" if you don't pay quickly enough for him. He also throws a lot of BS about "discovery" and "your credit card number is on file". Sorry, but I won't be dealing with any bloodsucker with this kind of attitude.
Seems that Car need a lot of TLC and Money! If it has been standing since 1973!You only know that you have big costs on you hands before its 100% reliable. Also a lot of work. Every car i have encountered that has been standing for such a long time, even if they look nice-need work on Engine, gearbox, electrics etc. Brakes Cyliners Leaking etc.
+ 1 gazillion!!! Did you look at the other "stuff" he has for sale? He must have been burned badly a bunch of times to develop such a beautiful approach towards potential customers. The "story" also seems implausible. Apart since 1973 for a paint job that was completed at that time and then never finished for 35 years? I thought my projects were slow! Man, Espadas see some unbelievable abuse. Bob S.
I have seen some wery slow ones here in Sweden also!I know of several Espadas that has been restored during a million years, still not ready.. But also some Indys, etc.Met a Guy some years ago that stated that he had rebuilt a Jarama to a Convertible!Would you buy that Car as a Project?
Are you shure it was not a Espada that was rebuilt as an Convertible? Talking about Jaramas, there was one Swede that had two of those and hit put one of the Jarama engines in a Opel Commodore, i remember his nickname, Gäddhultaren.
