Not really the same thing though. Harry is on here and he has a video of himself driving the car to the Giro event. It's a good watch and you can see the differences. Someone I know locally here who has an enormous number of cars stored in containers on his property says he has a glass roofed Espada with VIP interior as well but I've not seen that one either. It's also not factory. I assume it's an aftermarket moon roof? Here you go a couple of good ones: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zl6UYDLW1WU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3W_kAp1nJ_o
I just had to watch this one again ... if only for the gas station fill up! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zl6UYDLW1WU One is always a performance artist whenever you get gas! Lot's of questions from fellow travelers, always. That drive OMG, wish I could do that one in an Espada. How did he avoid the police?
Bob, I agree. One of the best Lambo videos. I do the same thing when filling the Countach. However, I always hold the hose off the car. Plus, usually no need to dance back and forth between tanks.
If we're being truthful here ... the crossover hose between the two saddle tanks is so GD slow that there's no real need to turn the fill up into a waltz unless you're trying to absolutely top off and that's not a good idea on the Espada anyway. One dance across the back is usually enough. I had a guy in NJ trying and begin to fill the car once (not a good idea) and kept tugging at the license plate ... LOL.
ooooooooooh! Forgot!.....NJ is full service only! You poor Lambo owners It was interesting. I have family in NJ and while visiting many years ago I stopped for gas. While the guy was pumping I asked would he be happy if there was self-serv. He said it will NEVER happen. The State would never ever do it. It would put 1000's and 1000's out of work. I was like wow, never thought of it that way.
Very nice video! Jump to the last part to see that the Espada is a real four seater! [ame]http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=DGAf0P3yz1c[/ame] One thing though: I prefer the sound of the standard mild steel exhaust, which suits the car best in my opinion.
Nice. I am not a fan of music when a car is running. The music was good but maybe should have been at a lower volume at the least. Guess us Lambo guys will always try to filter out to hear the the motor and exhaust.
Also, were there any years where seatbelt came in the Espada? I know a couple of owners that had them installed.
Happy and healthy new year to all Espada guys Philippe 7987 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Hi All, Mike Trivich's Espada is getting freshened up...heads, transmission and rear end...Plus some smaller stuff mixed in. The Plan is to have it on the road before the 25th. Laust and I are getting ready to put that heavy rear end back up. Bob Huber Image Unavailable, Please Login
Bob, your work looks great! Are you going through the carbs on the car as well? Please post more photos of your work on the Espada! Congrats!
At a first brief look (fotos), interesting "mix" of brake boosters. Even if already overhauled, the (original) Girling boosters are not really expensive. Replacement by a cheap Lockheed (or whatever the other one is) would seem to indicate that things were fixed somewhat on a budget guideline, even with components immediately visible ... And probably the worlds first Espada hitting 300 km/h (see text) *looool*
Knowing my friend, he bought it without inspecting it correctly, because he already have 3x others Espada, he is not sad to let that one go...
Hi Andrew, Yes, we cleaned out the carbs with my OmegaSonics ultrasonic machine. The carbs were internally leaking causing Mike problems. Bob Huber Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
