Thanks much, see some colors knew existed bur could not find relevant swatches. Looks like a real metal swatch in one of rhose pics. What year(s) is that applicable?
Spotted a week ago in Chicago. I don’t remember ever seeing a yellow one before. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yeah, looks a touch better in person, but it's not my favorite. A rosso S2 & blu S1 with Euro bumpers & Miura wheels will be available soon....
So is that the later series 3 car? it should have wider wheels and it is fitting 215/70VR15 CN12 https://www.longstonetyres.co.uk/classic-car-tyres/lamborghini/espada.html
I love these things. Sniffing about for a Countach, but always wanted a Series 3, and one may turn up first.
Hi, new to this forum. I have just bought my first Lamborghini, an Espada. I am a big fan of the 60s and 70s models. The car is being recommissioned. Can anyone help me with the history of my car? RHD. UK registered 1978, (previously registered overseas), left the factory in Metallic Green, now Dark Blue. UK registration TYV 936S VIN 9706 Engine 41503 Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks, Martin Redif
I am looking for information about the original livery of the Espada 8400. Any help is highly appreciated
#8400: "Sold new in Switzerland, this Series II Espada is finished in silver-grey with a re-trimmed interior featuring renewed headlining, door trim panels, carpets and Burgundy leather upholstery. Documents on file allow us to trace the car's history back to the early 1990s with the car being maintained in Lucerne, Switzerland in 1991-1992. By 1998 the car was in the UK and was purchased by Mr Anthony Steed at auction in August 1998. Invoices on file show a good deal of work was carried out 1998-1999 by Colin Clarke Engineering. By 2005 the car had made its way to France where the new owner repaired and restored the interior where necessary. Upon completion the car was sold by Bonhams to the current owner at our Monaco auction in 2007 (Lot 128), was reported to "benefit from considerable recent engine work and... a new exhaust". Accompanying documentation consists of copies of the UK V5 registration document; French Carte Grise; bills and other paperwork accumulated during the previous ownership. Stored since acquisition, the car will require re-commissioning before further use." Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hi Raymond, Thank you very much for your quick help Do you have a picture of a color swatch "Lame Sky Bleu"? Daniel
My Espada just got listed on BAT check it out if your interested in a very nice example. Runs and drives great! Just had our second kid so have to sell some cars https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1974-lamborghini-espada-7/
Absolutely gorgeous. The black accents really pop against the white, which is one of my affinities - even the bumper treatments. That TorqueFlite, though.....
Noooooo!!! Sell the kids / wife to keep the cars!!! Congrats on the 2nd child, I would have thought the Espada would be a keeper as two baby seats in the back?
