F355 Challenge Brake Pads / Pagid RS14 n.a.

    I´m just about to fit new brake discs (giro-disc) and brake-pads to my 355 CH and just realised that it ran on Pagid RS14 pads which seem not to be available anymore from Pagid. Really liked them, great pedal feel, kind of aggressive.

    Now looking for a replacement for the RS14. Which pads are you running or would could you recommend?

    Car is mainly used for track-days and spirited drives in the belgian ardennes... :)

    The racing pads on my F355 Challenge are brembo/Pagid Blue RS 4-2 front and rear (Part #163297). They should be available.

    I have Giro Disc Challenge slotted rotors on my car too.

    Thanks for all the replies, talked to Pagid Germany and we fitted some RSL29 (yellow) now. Will keep you updated on how they work on the car. Too much salt on the roads right now, might take some weeks... :)

    HELP NEEDED:

    I'm running into the same issue, I can't get a straight answer from anyone or any company on what current "replacement pad" options are available for the F355 Challenge calipers :(

    Are the Girodisc slotted rotors better than the original drilled ?

    My original discs are beginning to crack

    Yes they are, John. The Challenge Series drivers complained bitterly about their drilled rotors cracking and how often they had to be replaced.

    When my F355 Challenge was no longer eligible for the Series, the owner switched to the GiroDisc assemblies when he raced in SCCA. The assemblies are durable and the rotors are easily switched when slot depths fell below minimums...
