F360 Spider Soft top Proximity switch issue

    So my Ferrari 360 spider's 'Soft Top' goes through the complete sequence of opening and closing. However, when i start to drive, the icon of the 'Soft top' comes on the dash saying its open.
    I have a Right-hand drive, Ferrari. So i had a look behind the Passenger side, where the side 'Deflector' which goes up and down, is located and can see a Switch, not sure if this is the issue where when the Soft top is down, it's not activating that switch.
    The car thinks the soft top is open when its actually closed, and the soft top is down, so 'Convertable mode'.
    any ideas as to where this switch is located or if in fact, I have found the right one.
    i have switched off the battery thus far for a few hours and same issue.
    either the icon comes on when I go above 30kmph or it just appears on the screen.

    Images attached and have circled what i think is the switch, but not 100% sure.
