WUT! U stole my amazing spot....I saw the Grancab parket there...I caught it as it was pulling to where u spotted it. I missed you by mere 100 ft. I stopped by HPV. Nothing but an old Merc conv and a Quattroporte. Went over across Preston and saw a factory slantnose targa and an Acura NSX. Other than that.....it was a dead night for me. Oh, and i saw a 80's Rolls. Oh and a MG passed me on Preston going the opposite way
You can see the tip of my Cobalt SS, it is black with the stock 17" chrome wheels. its parked near the ramp for the parking garage
No I dont think so, i caught the pics while it was about to drive under the westin overhang, and then I walked out of Grand Lux and saw where it was parked. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Dead today as well, probably because its Mom's Day. Cruised around for about 2 hrs. Saw a silver Bentley GT leave Northpark, A white on white Turbo in front of Neimans, a black Bentley GT leaving a garage at the Galleria, and a maroon Quattroporte in Preston Center.
ya i think it was at this house on inwood here is a pic i really like those ferraris in there i would like to have a closer look sometime or at least not a moving shot Image Unavailable, Please Login
Wow, that's coincidental. Was it this same car? http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=282940
ya i think it my be the same one, he has two more in his garage i will try to get a better pic of them
I don't think it is. I've seen that car several times before but didn't want to give the guy's address out to the public. He started building/updating the detached garage a few years ago. He's had Jags, a 928 and a couple of 308s sitting in that space. Here's the other blue 308 (busted up one) at it's home a few miles away. I could be wrong but I'm about 98% sure they are not the same car. I should be around the Inwood house on Sunday. If I have time, I'll stop in and talk to the owner. Image Unavailable, Please Login
That's the old location of that car. I'm not sure when he moved, but it's been over a year since he's lived there a few blocks from me. In the interest of privacy, I don't think it's right to post exact identifying info in public, but he moved a few blocks over to somewhere else a year or two ago. Now... I'm not sure if the car was sold, or if the owner moved. I haven't seen it in awhile, but I haven't been out and around the neighborhood as often as I was in years past. It used to be parked in a specific location every time I'd drive by, I could see it. It's been several months since I've seen it there. The car is extremely obvious if lamboman123's pic is higher res. lamboman123-- Does the car have single exit exhaust and a red rear reflector? Those are extremely uncommon features on 308s. It's extremely unlikely there's another light blue one with features like that in Dallas.
I don't remember any dents in the left rear quarter panel. If it has more than 1 exhaust pipe, it's definitely not the same car. Most 308s look like this from the rear: http://www.mrstitch.com/_borders/Ferrari_308_rear_deck_Steyer_00.JPG Some look like this: http://www.seriouswheels.com/pics-def/Ferrari-308-GTB-b-ra-lr.jpg But the car in question looks like this: http://www.autodrome.fr/ferrari_308_gtb_vetroresina_rear.jpg Which is really, really distinct and unusual in the US.
