Many thanks for your nice remarks ....

My Daytona will be ready for me to take delivery of THIS THURSDAY !!!

I can't wait, to say the least.

Have been waiting over three months now, and finally got to drive it yesterday for the first time after its engine rebuild. Superb.

All it now needs are a few tweaks to the cams & carburation, and it's ready to rock & roll.

The only problem is that this will just in time for the English Winter...

...So maybe our So-Cal friends will pay for me to ship it over to sunny LA for a few months. I could park it near the beach in Santa Monica, sleep in it, and get a job at Burger King to pay for gas.

(Oh, and Jordan could get to drive another Ferrari).

    How about it guys...?

    John

PS Sorry for the crappy photo - I was so excited that I forgot to use the flash...!

    Spain... Great idea.!

Here is the Mistral Spyder. LHD car (can't remember whether it's a 3.7 or 4.0 - but very nice whatever).

The last time I was at the workshop, it was started up. Sounded great.

(Unfortunately, when they tried to start the 250 LM, it wouldn't go !!)

    Regards, John

malaga is such a wonderful city, i love it. 3 years ago i drove down with my mondial end of october, i stayed in the parador gibralfaro for a couple of nights, meeting old friends in pedregalejo at the beach, after that i went for a couple of days to bologna (costa de la luz).
    beautiful...
i plan to visit malaga and andalucia again next year, hope to meet you then :)

Of course, Trevi. I´m living in pedregalejo, the best place to live, quiet beaches, lovely pubs, nice girls... and the people, nice too.
Don´t hesitate to tell me if you visit Malaga again.
    Regards, Jesus

you know the restaurant "las acacias" down at the beach? (i hope i remember the name correctly). that's the place my friends are working, salvador (sancho pansa), the weird ;) waiter and and angelita, the cook. i can't remember the name of the jefe though.
do me a favour, visit them and tell 'em my best greetings from "el loco suizo" with the green ferrari ;)
i'm sure they will be very surprised!!!
