I completely agree. I've hung out with, worked on Ferrari's, etc with Birdman on many occasions and have never felt he had anything but passion for the marque, and certainly no ill-feelings toward other makes and their owners.

    Also- completely agree.

    guys, let's let this go.

i don't know what sparked the argument, but let's move along.

the name-calling and whatnot is silly.

a couple guys have a disagreement. so be it. if they care to, they can sort it out privately.

we've got important stuff to deal with on this sub-forum - like the fact that i need some office space pronto! :)

I 2nd JWise's comments. I've known Birdman since before he got his 308. He is a nice guy.

Doesn't always choose his words carefully enough, so they come out different in posts than he intends, but he doesn't go out of his way to intentionally dis anyone.

    racerx,
I'm truly sorry that somehow you & Birdman have gotten crosswise. I remember Birdman telling me just after meeting you how different you were in person from the impression he'd gotten from your posts.

From reading the early parts of this thread I don't believe he was trying to dis you, he was just trying describe the initial wrong impression & that he'd changed it after meeting you.

However, from your response it appears to me that you read that post as an insult & things deteriorated from there.

It seems like we can't stop this so I'm closing the thread. Anyone who wants to re-start a photo session location thread please do so.
