    So you're saying that Ferrari made 101 Series I PF Cabs, and 101 Series II PF Cabs...?

    Potxoli, for the most part, serial numbers are sequential - but not always. F430 Spider F1 158049 is a 2008 USA model built in November, 2007. But 158109 is also an F430 Spider (with a higher serial number) that's listed as a 2007 USA model; so 158132; but 157388 - a much earlier number - is a 2008 USA model 599 GTB Fiorano. The only way you'll be able to say with 100% certainty which cars were the last to be built for that year, is to have all serial numbers and all production dates for all of those serial numbers. But getting that information is part of the fun, right...? :)

    FNA says that 98345 is the first 355; that serial number falls into the 1993 range.

    Warren, thank you for the ample information. I purposely left out the Export because it's a racecar - even serial number. I intend to start a separate thread that has only Ferrari racecars (Challenge cars, Formula One cars, prototypes, etc.), and when I do, this information that you've provided will certainly appear in that thread. Thank you. :)

    I have 828 as the total for the GTS Turbo. 575 production numbers I posted earlier.

    It is important to note that the concept of model year is unique to the US and doesn't exist elsewhere. In the US you will talk about a 1993 model year car but that may have been manufactured and delivered in 1992. Elsewhere the car year generally relates to the delivery date or the first registration date. According to my records 95651 is a Swiss car, so no model year, but I would certainly expect it to be a late 1992 manufacture/delivery. Hope that makes some sense!

    Okay, cool. Thanks for the information, Mark. Hopefully someone else can chime in with a more accurate number of Series I PFs produced, and then we can have the 250 Cabs covered.

    599 GTB #145979 has a F1 transmission - no other infos available!
    But I think it is most likely the car which was used for the 599 presentation in Spa/Belgium...

    575 SA ZFFGT61B000140357 is Bianco Fuji/Red and has a F1 transmission.
    575 SA ZFFGT61B000147413 is Rosso Scuderia/Tan and has a F1 transmission as well as sports seats and yellow dials. (ass.# 64359)

    Btw: 359 SA s/n known so far...

    Yuma, this information is incredible, thank you...! Do you have production numbers for some of these cars...? I know Ferrari made 7,177 Testarossas, one FZ 93 and so one - but what about the other niche cars, like the FX, F90, and Mythos...? Also, some of the serial numbers you posted don't look like normal serial numbers (i.e., EAG026); can you tell us what those mean as well...?

    NOTE:
    There were a couple of companies which offered Spider and Targa conversions for the Testarossa, 512 TR and F512 M. But all these conversions were executed on already existing cars! The one and only real/original Spider (62897) was made by Ferrari for Gianni Agnelli. To my knowledge, the 11 known Spiders by Pininfarina for Brunei are additional cars (no conversions)...

    If people are interested, you can join the Google docs online community (if you haven't already) and I can add you to a share list for editing purposes. And you can subscribe to changes via an RSS feed!

    Having done the Boxer and Mondial registry lists, I can tell you it's significantly easier to master this content in a spreadsheet and share it rather than posting big, unformatted lists over and over again just to capture incremental changes.

    Just an idea. Apologies if this smacks of thread hijack.

    I contacted and have heard back from the North American Valeo people. They have not kept any record of the specific destination of the Valeo tranny in 1992 and 1993 Ferrari Mondial t's (eg. as to LHD/RHD and Coupe versus Cabriolet). Their advice was to talk to a European Ferrari dealer since Europe sold Mondial t Coupes with Valeo in 1992 and 1993 (eg the US only sold Mondial t coupes in the single pre-Valeo year, 1989) .

    This is a tough stat to find out. I have also contacted and asked Ferrari through the Ferrari World website but I am not confident I went through the right channels.
