    Thanks Marcel. They were actually two different events. The Stella Alpina spread on several days accross the Dolomites, and the IX edition was run in august 1955. It was open to tourism and GT cars. I have no record of Randaccio there, so possibly your entry with #152 was the actual Trento-Bondone hillclimb in april.

    Interesting document from 70 years ago today. It shows a serial of 0424/MD ( a 1954 car) which is the renumbered 0564 (which is the 1955 car). It also reflects the 500 Mondial series II motor type 111 and chassis type 510 and 5 speed transaxle type 509 which were only made in 1955.

    This page is one of the most interesting of all the data sheets I have collected over the years. It was dated 70 years ago today but has later entries on it. It documents the fact that a chassis serial number was changed, it shows that the original motor probably from 0534 (internal motor number 5M) was rebuilt and put onto 0564(0424)/MD. That motor was later again rebuilt and sold to Parravano with a motor serial number of 0590/MD. Early factory history is truly difficult.
