    I guess it beats partnering with the pre-existing charity for goodwill and improving the brand image.

    This is so ridiculous. I remember when the football team the Jacksonville Jaguars came into existence. The Jaguar Motor company sued to prevent them from using the name. As if people were going to confuse an football team with a car company. Although, considering how poorly the football team has done, Jaguar may have had a case. :D

    Pretty much what I was suggesting, but lawyers gotta "win" to prove.......... something.......... to justify their paycheck (or just power tripping)

    I agree at the surface this looks very bad. However, I do want to hear all facts before I make a final judgement call.
