Ferrari techinfo site not working?

    HI guys, I've been trying to login into my account to the "Ferrari techinfo bookstore" to purchase a subscription for some diagrams but i always get the same error "Your login attempt was not successful, try again.". Tried changing password, different browser, different computer, even a mobile browser with the same outcome. Also tried contacting the site support but got no response whatsoever.
    Have someone used the site lately normally? Anyone have an idea who to contact?

    Thanks for any suggestion!

    Just tried it here. The site was slow to load, but it eventually loads.

    Still not working for me, anyway the customer said he can't wait any longer. The support email addresses point all to the same mailbox, is there just 1 person responsible for the techinfo site maintenance? Pretty bad customer service considering that a single flash file costs $2500.

    If you are in North America it is a Website operated by Ferrari North America not SPA. It rarely works as FNA is not interested in helping any competition to their dealerships. This has been an ongoing issue. Either it will ask for a Captcha that is never correct or when you click on the Pay button it will simply give a gateway timeout area.

    Going on November and it doesn't work for me too. No email reply and the phone number is dead. If you are good at what you do I bet you got blackballed by FNA just like I did. Sucks that is what they do. I can't image it isn't on purpose

    When it became obvious Ferrari was going to have to supply basic information to comply with federal law I was still in the dealer network. They bragged how they would only supply the minimum required. It became obvious even those federal requirements would not be enforced except in civil action so they lost interest in even doing that much. Ferrari has for many years been telling the dealer network no support,no information, not equipment would get beyond the dealer network. Their distribution requirements got so strict it was hurting their own dealers. Massive amounts of vintage repair and parts documentation have been destroyed to "Keep it out of the wrong hands". Books and reference materials their own dealers do not have.

    I have a valid subscription to the European Techinfo site. I paid the fee to access the docs, but document access was never activated.

    No response from the individual email help address.

    No response from the web form.

    Charge back initiated with credit card. If that results in black ball, it F's loss. I was happy to pay the access fee!

    Same issue here in UK. Has worked fine for me most the year, went on yesterday, paid the 1 hour subscription and wouldnt let me access the documents

    I suggest you start a chargeback with your card provider for “services not supplied” adding the nil response from the email address in the FAQs and the web form.

    In your “account” does it show a €300 purchase as “pending” even though you bought the €70 (1 hour) option? I suspect they wanted to remove the 1 hour option, but didn’t remove it from the payment options.

    Shows absolutely nothing in my purchases. But it went through 100%.

    Actually you are right, just logged in and can see it pending. Can also see a 1 year pending at 10k! ha

    My charge back has been made. F now have to somehow justify the original charge, for providing no service, for the charge back to fail.

    Dont we have a few lawyers here that can help FNA see the light? assume the payment is some heavy discounted service for the shops that are affected? Ferrari's protective practices are legendary, but this kind of goes too far if you ask me. it would be one thing if they were happy to work on older models, and encouraging it... but most of the dealers have one maybe two guys that know about cars pre 2015... let alone ones from the early days.

    Far from the biggest hurdle for shops. In any event if the legal battle was fought and won (really doubt it) There are no restrictions on what they can charge for information or equipment and it can just be priced beyond consideration. Their business practices are our best ally

    I have been trying to get to the bottom of no access and billing issues and found this today. I have not been able to complete a purchase of a subscription in over a year while I can log in successfully. Looked into my account summary and they have been attempting to bill a cc I turned off and look to continue to attempt to bill the cc. I am curious if anyone else having the same issue.
