I like it
Being over 60 change is not an easy thing to swallow.
I think this was a change for the better, it just takes a bit of time and patience to adjust.
I REALLY like the "alerts" notification, when I wake up, grab my coffee and see "Alerts (7)" I feel so damn important.
I am racking up more "likes" and even a few "trophy" points, more than I could ever imagine.
I know I am the dirt track racer who came in 7th at the local dirt track on Saturday night (Banks, Oregon)......out of 8 drivers.
Which is now an international icon because Greg Biffle bought into it but ........
I "feel" like the winner of the Indy 500/Daytona 500 standing in front of my fridge with a cookie and chugging milk out of the carton.

....and I am the ONLY F chat member to be both Silver/Rossa subscribed at the SAME TIME.
I don't know if that makes me super super special, or a complete idiot

 

I (still) think it's a major improvement, and couldn't work out why so many people seemed to hate it initially (beyond a propensity to avoid change). I really hope there is no possibility of it changing back!

 

I love it!! I use the "old style" color formatting and really like it. VBullitin software of old was just that - old. Clunky. ZenForo is the place to be.

Please do NOT go back to the old software!!

I have only 1 "issue", and it is related to the xenforo software, i.e., I have the same issue with other xenforo sites I've visited: The hover function (hover your mouse over a thread to get a preview) does not work if you are using a touchscreen computer. It's a real bummer. I don't know if there is a fix out there, but it would be nice. It's my only real issue with the updated software.

 

I as everybody else get used to the new system. can not remember right anymore the old one. but as I remember I like the old one better. so I votet indifferent

 

Suggestion: still seems like too much vertical white space. Reducing this would allow more items to be displayed in the same view - more efficient viewing.

 

Related to this - the amount of space taken up by the, for example, "Rob Lay likes this" field is a bit much in my opinion. Reducing this, and/or having an option to turn it off (as there is for signatures for example), would help a lot I think.

 

Pros and cons. Old format in new site is preferred.
Rough beta user rollout but seems to be fine now.

 

I like it, but have not figured out how to increase the threads per page yet. The ability to use Word-like underlining, etc is very nice.

I have been awarded 7 "different" trophy points ........just this morning.

 

I own anywhere from 2 -6 cars personally. One for sale a year on here per year seems limiting.

 

I like it, I use the blue/gray page, neutral & calming.... kinda miss the garage feature with pics of my car, plz bring it back ?

The only thing for me that I liked better on the old format was that it was much easier (for me) to click on a profile and see all their started threads and individual posts.

 

Enzojr, I got 5 trophies this am within 5-10 minutes, added to some I already had...have no clue why or what they are for..66 total !
As far as silver/rossa...I re-upped a few days before I was due a week or so back, but also changed from Rossa to Silver, since the "garage" went away, I figured, why bother with Rossa...I assumed after the few days with double coverage it would revert back to silver.....hhmmmmm

 

I have gotten used to the change i do like the old style format easier on the eyes for me.
I do like the alert system interesting and it is easy for me to like a comment instead of the old +1 that we used to see after many posts....
I also got a bunch of trophys this morning not sure why but nice.

I voted indifferent. When viewing in the classic format it is really similar. My only annoyance is having to mark everything as read. On the other hand, having the alerts is a huge improvement.

 

I really dislike it. I feel it was change just for changes sake, not for any real necessary reason. I just found that I can switch it back to the old style, so that's better. But one thing that really aggravated me about the new style was that gray text - so difficult to read at times. Glad I found I can switch back to the old style.

 

I received seven trophies today. I was pretty excited to see nine alerts; thought maybe I said something unusually profound.
