Can we curate the 'news' section which is now in the middle of the home page? Since this site caters to owners and genuine enthusiast, do we really need the click-bait "MOST SPECTACULAR FERRARI CRASH FAILS" video links?

Let's spend a couple minutes and find some genuinely nice articles from Petrolicious, BAT, Youtube or wherever that deserve to be on the site and are actually interesting.

 

Not sure where to ask this so will do it here. Why do I keep seeing the likes of people I’ve put on ignore when they like something?Would rather not.

 

Problem with adding images to posts: Any text after an image in a post appears red. Even after going back and manually editing that text to be black, it still appears red after a refresh.

 

I agree with this comment. Honestly, I see no value whatsoever which this new 'added feature' adds to this site.

At the very least, please extend the courtesy of closing/deleting this to those of us who pay money to this site.

In the last week I have lost the ability to hover and see a preview of a topic. This feature works on other websites but not on FChat.

 

Can you please be more specific? You used to hover over thread title and see preview of first post text? Can you provide link to other sites with the feature? Thank you

 

Yes that is exactly what happens; I used to be able to hover over a post and it gave a small "bubble view" of the original post. I lost that capability on FChat but the feature is still available on other forums that I visit such as

Could you check how it work this now?

 

It still does not show a preview of a thread when I hover; all it does is display the word "loading". I have been having trouble with Adobe Flash recently, but I do not know if these issues are related.

 

Is there a way to hide user/avatar photos?

 

You can turn off viewing signatures, it's in your user preferences. You can turn off your own avatar, but not others'.

There is a slight formatting problem when returning from a discussion to the original level. For example, if I click on "General Forums" from "Ferrari Discussion ...", upon return the banner overlaps the "General Forums" section.

A couple of comments regarding the new Lamborghini.com forum.

First of all, as originally happened with the new McLaren.com forum, when you open it in the "Old" format, the "Lamborghini.com" logo does not appear.

And I suggest renaming the "Lamborghini Supercars" forum to simply "V12 Lamborghinis", since this forum is for the regular production V12 cars (Countach, Diablo, Murcielago, Aventador) which are not generally considered "supercars". Instead you should add a separate forum for the real "Lamborghini Supercars" like the Reventon, Veneno, Egoista, Sesto Elemento and Centenario.

 

Logos should be fixed, but forums will remain with the same names until increased activity brings cause for additional forums

 

As of this morning, cannot log into the site on mobile. Android / Firefox.

With each attempt, I'm told that "Cookies are required, I must accept before I can continue." Well, there's no "accept" button. And though I was reluctant to do this, I've even tried turning off ALL privacy settings such as "do not track" and completely enabled ALL types of cookies. Still no success.

EDIT: Manually unsync/resync in Firefox. Issue solved. Weird, but - carry on.
