    Owner was reportedly a failed junk bond dealer...

    Police reports say he claims some panhandler named Dexter was really responsible.

    He is now in custody for having an aftermarket exhaust system and failing to properly arm himself when driving such a rare car.

    Dexter is still at large, according to the AP...film soon to be available on "Wildest Police Chases".
