I would be very careful on doing any mods to a car that was just launched.....

I doubt that anyone could feel a gain of 20 HP in a car with 800 HP. To do that and lose warranty coverage to me seems foolish.

The 812 can benefit from a bit more ooomph from the exhaust!

couldn't agree more! If anyone is looking to upgrade the exhaust, we are looking for a car to test fit products on and would work out a very strong deal, potentially a full complementary exhaust depending on what the owner was looking for.

I can't think of a car with a louder exhaust...

I just went for a drive, for a stock exhaust it's sounds loud and amazing - noticeably louder than the f12. I have had an after market exhaust on basically every car I have owned in recent years, but I am really on the fence on this one.

Has any manufacturer made and fitted one yet?

They claim on their website it sounds similar to the TDF system. Aka could be the same system.
    How bad would that be?

how bad as far as? Install? it isn't terrible. I wouldn't be surprised if Ferrari recycled them to the next model.

Well, Ferrari claims the engine is 80% new. So it would make sense to not simply bolt on the exhaust of the previous model.
