    Hey,

The FOTA have sent a letter to the FIA offering compromise - It's no longer a budget cap but rather a "resource restriction proposal" :)

    From autosport:

It seems that if the lunatic running the asylum is prepared to compromise *ALL* the teams will commit through 2012 (The boards of Merc and Renault be damned!)

    Cheers,
    Ian

I don't know why they just don't get behind closed doors and sort it out instead of all this letter sending BS, in which some get leaked some don't, it really is becoming rather tedious now.

Each trying to justify there reasons, the end result is just fan's following and making a mockery of the playground senseless destruction of the sport.

Methodology et al to be revealed to the FIA?
Max says "Sign up and trust me that things will be fine".
FOTA says "Trust us, we'll let you know what the rules are once we decide"
Not exactly a meeting of the minds.
