    That is a great deal with shipping thrown in! Had I not just picked one up (UFI 23 192 02) in the yellow F-box and paid a little more, I'd grab one from you Steve.

    My question is, Tom Vale's AllFerrari has F- P/N 124228 for a '85 - '91 Testarossa listed as UFI 23-192 00. Aren't the threads different? I remember something about the length of the filter or the threads being different?

    I saw that too (but not sure that that isn't just a number that didn't get updated). The threads and the overall size are the same -- the difference is in the sealing ring design:

    23-192-00 = has the separate (and rather soft) D-shaped sealing ring (I put those in upside-down with the curved side of the seal against the engine flange).

    23-192-02 = has the rectangular sealing ring more like a typical modern oil filter

    I definitely prefer the newer 02 design over the older 00 design.

    23.192.03 - Ferrari Testarossa Oil Filter FILTRO OLIO 4.9 V12 Are Racing Filters made for Exotic Motorsports Racing from 2001-2009 I have 3 cases still available. I put one on ebay $49.95 plus shipping. They are a direct replacement and nobody has ever had any problem using them. Several LCA member's with Testarossa's have used them, I can have more made but min order is 10 cases.
