    Each year the Friberg's throw one heck of a bash at their home in Winnetka. Excellent food, wine, & exotic cars. This year's event was no exception.
    Here's a few pics:

    0367:
    Mondial 3.2 Cab & a "slightly" modified hot rod Bentley. The Bentley was a real gas. This thing was lowered, has a 502 CI American V-8 & a hydraulic lift for the trunk lid. When I first saw it I thought, is ZZ Top here?

    0365:
    My 308 being dwarfed by two Rollers. Hope their parking brakes work.

    0362:
    Skip Williamson's white Rolls.
    Excuse me sir, might you have any Grey Poupon?

    0361:
    Williamson's spotless RR engine bay.
    When mechanics work on the engine they are expected to wear white gloves.

    0373:
    My favorite. Friberg's 512BBI. As Bill Rosen said, "It's your favorite because it's a 308 on steroids".

    0379:
    The Friberg's latest prancing horse. A 365 GTS/4 Daytona. This is not a chop top GTB, but the real McCoy according to son Michael.
    Michael also pointed out a small paint chip on the front bonnet. "This makes it driveable, and not a garage queen".

    I like the blue, um, dress standing next to the Gullwing. :)

    What is the farthest car in the line in the garage? Looks like a Maserati 300S?

    Seeing these pictures reminds me of when I lived in Chicago in the 70s and Ben and Irv Rose used to have events at Ben's house (the "Ferris Buehler's Day off house"). Alfa Monza, Alfa 1750, Bugatti Type 35, HRG, MGTC, etc, etc all housed in that "garage" in Highland Park.

    Of course that's a 250TR, must have had my contacts in upside down this morning.
