gasoline spec: major issue in price

if there were still some of you who thought that gasoline prices had nothing to do with all the different boutique fuels that various tree-hugging orgs around the country have stipulated over time.....think again.
with spencer abrams announcement that he might waive all these special specs during the summer driving season this year, mogas has tanked, and taken the rest of the market with it - given that gas is 50pct of the oil biz in the USA.
