Hi, does anyone know this gauges. They look like early 250 gauges but on the 250 gauges I have seen olio and benzina is straight while on these it is curved? Any hint on origin appreciated. Thanks Christopher Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I dunno, they feel kind of early Fiat-ish to me. Even for an early Ferrari, the quality doesn't seem to be there. I did a few searches online, found nothing. I think Tom Shaughnessy would know, might be able to get an answer from him. D
I don’t have an answer, but I would just start googling dash and/or instrument panel images for various Italian cars/trucks/etc of the suspected period (‘50s/‘60s ?).
Hi Timo, I have tried that but did not come up with an answer. They look very similar to the Europa gauges (see attached pic) but for the difference in writing of olio and benzina. thanks Christopher Image Unavailable, Please Login
Post the pictures in the Maserati and Other Italians thread. They could be from one of the other italian brands.
Ferrari 166 Veglia gauges? https://www.classicferrariparts.co.uk/shop/ferrari-166-veglia-borletti-olio-oil-gauge/
Thanks for all replies. I do not know if they are Ferrari just would be interested where they come from. Thanks Christopher
I think these come close, they are from Fiat from the early 50's as far as I understood. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks Bert! I think that is spot on. You solved the mystery for me. I knew that someone here will have the answer! Thanks a lot Christopher
