great abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. well, those are the magic words. u need to watch carefully what u eat, and abs is like every other muscle in ur body. so u need to work it out, push it to the limit, just like u train ur chest, back, biceps, etc. at the same time u need to cut the carbs, and feed ur tummy every 2-3 hours of small meals, would be better if it's protein stuff. think egg sandwhich, tuna sandwhich, etc.
I have it. Got it from a friend. I did it for about 2 wks before life took over. It takes a big committment of abuot 1.5hrs a day. I onyl ahve that time at lunch and its not real easy tot ake your owne dvd to the gym at work so I shelved it for now. I really enjoyed the variety though.
