    Long shot, perhaps, but my son lives in Flagstaff and loves it there ... looking for a good realtor who knows the area and market well, as I want to give him a hand finding a first (modest) home to buy. Want to do a little homework and investigating before I get him too fired up. Hard to do from the Northeast. Thanks!
