Some of the greys… Scuro is one of the darker gloss flat greys - in the sunlight it has a hint of browns to it. For those that know the Lamborghini color Grigo Telesto - Grigio Scuro is darker than Telesto. Medio is an extracampionario color - considerably lighter than Scuro but also a gloss flat grey. Gets much lighter in the sunlight but pulls greenish blue. I’d liken it to a battleship grey. I did my SF90 Stradale in Grigio Medio if anyone needs to see what it looks like happy to share a photo or two. Squalo is also an extracampionario color - “shark grey” - lighter than Medio but very cool color. Ferro is very close to Silverstone, but slightly lighter. Many don’t want to pay for Ferro because Silverstone historically has been a no cost option and it’s so close in color. We have a Portofino in Silverstone and the outer strips of my Pista are Grigio Ferro. Canna di Fucile is anther dark grey Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

It’s understated and beautiful. I am seeing a lot of brands have examples if that doesn’t bother you. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat

Did your sales guy have any indication about how long that would add to the order? I had gone in with the intention of doing a paint-to-sample metallic pearl* but my salesman said that it would add a year or more to the order, to just pick from the extended colors or historic colors and get the car at the beginning of the run, rather than the end. *I want to come up with an aqua with blue pearl color similar to McLaren Belize blue: Image Unavailable, Please Login
What rim option did you chose on the second picture? Seems it's the standard rim but with diamond cut, which doesn't show on my configurator
Boots where my 296 build? Now Nero Daytona/Bordeaux but I’m open to Nero setoso over Pelle Chiodi Di Garofano or sanu Silver over Bordeaux….. Or Nerotto over Pelle Chiodi Di Garofano One of those has to be the spider Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I’ve never seem Nero Setoso! Would love see it. I personally think some shade of Black with a Rosso interior is the way to go…Im visualizing David Lee’s Dino in Black and I think a Nero 296 would be a fabulous look. I think lighter shades better suit the V12 Front Engine cars. I would save Sanu silver for another car, personally.

Do you have pics of Pelle Chiodi Di Garofano? What is that colour? Sent from my SM-G930F using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Are you talking about the online configurator? If so, I'm guessing that you can put it down to the usual lacking online configurator stuff. Haven't seen the options list, but highly doubt that they would not. Assetto Fiorano is also available for the GTS, and that would make zero sense without the CF seats. I had the opportunity to attend an event at Fiorano last weekend driving both 296 GTB on roads around Maranello and on track which was amazing experience! I have a GTS in order already. In my videos you can see footage of cars in various colours on my Insta (@dino_diary) inc Rosso Fiorano, Rosso Corsa and Grigio Scuro (Assetto Fiorano). Personally I think Rosso Fiorano looks much better than the “flatter” Rosso Corsa on this car - more interesting and the metallic colour accentuates the different curves and surfaces. Scuro with yellow stripe and black wheels looked quite striking but again as a flat colour I didn’t think it worked as well. In the factory floor they had a very light silver (Titanium? Argento?) with black wheels which looked And an incredibly bold blue (Corsa?) with yellow Assetto livery which looked like the old 250 GTO in the Swedish flag livery. They were testing a GTS (Rosso Imola and pale blue Assetto) on the road - not more me. Personally am veering towards a silver (non Assetto) to match my Dino (Argento Auteuil) I think with a Cuoco interior. I found the cabin quite “snug” and to make it feel more spacious think it needs a lighter colour. They had test cars with dark and lighter interiors and made a real difference.
