I ordered a shirt 3 months ago that they told me afterwords was on backorder. So ok, I wait for them to bill me on credit card so that I know they have shipped out the shirt. That, however, was 6 weeks ago and still no shirt. On top of that, they havent responded to any of my 4 emails that I've sent since the billing. Should I call direct and talk to a manager in shipping/receiving department?
