A Mens Tour me & my Labrador. Yes, getting older and even more crazier. I have driven this route many, many times with Porsches, Ferraris and with the Diablo. Thought, this time should be a different trip. All the way and over the Alps with a bicycle, my dog a Labrador, a trailor for the dog, tent, sleeping bag and lots of luggage. Overall 154 kg to transport over and down to the Lago di Garda. Wolfgang 70 kg Ouzo, my Labrador Mix 30 kg Bicycle 15 kg Dog Trailor 15 kg Tent, Bag 4 kg Saddle Bags with luggage, clothes, dog toys, repair set and parts for the bicycle 20 kg. The target was to ride to Athens/Greek. Cause 6 years ago we got our Labrador-Mix Ouzo from an animal shelter in Athens. Now, we wanted to ride back to his home town for a visit. Sadly, we have to stop in Verona `cause the time run out and my new job was calling me back home. Anyway, we have had lots of fun, done over 1.000 km within 3 weeks, crossed the alps (no Bus, no Train, no Car or any other help) all the way and up the hills pushed it many hours and days over the Alps. The Route: First part, we drove the well known Rhein-Rad-Weg from Heidelberg Basel. Second Part, Basel Füssen. Third Part, the famous Via-Claudia Augusta from Füssen Verona Heidelberg - Germany Karlsruhe - Germany Straßbourg France Mulhouse France Basel Switzerland Konstanz Germany Bregenz Austria Füssen Germany Reutte Austria Fernpass Austria 1.
