Help needed, 328 GTS factory build sheet

If you register your car at myferrari (https://www.ferrari.com/en-GB/auto/owner-reg) it might show up eventually - if you ask them very nicely via customer services they sometimes tell you - if you offer them loads of money it is more likely to turn up - take your pick - the 328 never really had many options so apart from colors do not expect much more information

 

"Standard Continental Euro" had more options than the US Cars, which were usually sold "fully optionned".
Options (= you had to pay extra for each) on the french market were:
- Metalised paint
- Roof spoiler
- Air conditioned
- Dashboard in leather
- Rear window surround and roof liner in leather
- Schedoni luggage
- and on later cars, ABS.

-Head units were usually left to the dealer, which might have offered it; all cars left the factory with speakers already in the doors and on the dash, and wired, but without head unit.

As for the rest, you are right of course; if you are lucky, the factory will answer with the original colors (exterior and interior) and date of built, this for nothing (I was lucky...) otherwise, your best hope is the original importer (The O.P seems to be in Thailand, so it depends were the car came from originally...)

To my best knowledge this 328GTS is an Euro LHD spec. Sold new in Europe and then exported to Thailand ?

 

only way is to go through Classiche program. a dealer may be able to source the order - if they are the original selling dealer. .... its not like Porsche where you can get a certificate.

 

Tried to get a build sheet for my GTB QV maybe 10 years ago? And emailed Lucy in Italy which has since retired but very nice lady. Last I was told it would be $1200. Decided I didn’t need it that badly.

Yeah, that sure would have been my decision as well!

 

I got a letter with some specific production date information for my 84 way back in probably 2001. It was free then.
