Total contract value: $12.4 million, signing bonus: $6.2 million= $18.6M

1. Jacksonville Jaguars – Travon Walker, DE, Georgia
Total contract value: $41.4 million, signing bonus: $27.3 million= $68.7M

That's a HUUUUUUGE Difference.

 

If you check the rookie contract language and the sliding scale since 2011 they have been about the same with differences being increases in the allowable salary cap. Other than that the scale is about the same in that time period.
