Recently acquired car. Speedo reading high by 10 mph. Confirmed by several highway radar speed monitors. With the speedo reading of 80 mph radar reads 70 mph.

    Can this be adjusted?

    Thanks

Those traffic radar guns are not typically that reliable. I would have a friend drive next to you and calibrate that way.

Ak- Check your odometer against a set of mile markers and see how accurate that is. Ferrari speedometers have generally read higher speeds than actual, at least all the ones I have owned. If the odometer reads correctly, you just have a safety feature for speeding.

I use an app called "Speed Box" for an iphone. My 550 is accurate within 2mph. The Fusion is within 1, and the other extreme is my CRX which is about 6 mph off. The readings were all taken at 70.
