Try as I might, I cannot find Homelink as an option nor is it present in my Lusso. So, just as McLaren finally adds it to the 720, it disappears from the ultimate GT. Just don't understand how this happens. Does Homelink charge some exorbitant licensing fee? And how is it they don't offer remotes, anyway?!
Hormlink maybe included with the inner electrochromic rear view mirror package If that is standard then you've got it! If that is an option then you need to select it. Your dealer maybe able to retrofit one for a small fee!
Standard equipment for the gtc4 Lusso "Inner electrochromic rear view mirror with Home Link system " Find this right after "Keyless start" and right before "Infotainment system." Call your dealer and ask him for a copy of the standard equipment list.
Standard now ... so that people don't forget to spec it like they did in 2012 when it was assumed standard. Because it's nice to have
I love how you're telling me it's supposed to be there without hearing me say it is NOT there! That's my whole point for crying out loud. Heard of a second delivery without it just yesterday.
I think their point (other posters) is it should be...not an option or deleted but a screw up. I am sure the dealer will fix it. Crazy they would miss this during the build.
Do you have the window sticker from your new Lusso. Is Homelink listed in the standard equipment? (If it is then your dealer will have to correct the matter at no extra charge) What did your dealer say about the lack of Homelink?
Nothing on window sticker, but more importantly chromatic mirror does not have buttons for homelink. Anyone know if it programmed on the center screen or some other way or are we destined to have clickers flopping around in the Lusso?
I believe that homelink is located inside the rear view mirror. I'm not sure if there neede to be any other modifications to the car other than the need for electrical wiring to supply power to the mirror--hence the combination with the electrochromic inner mirror option. So if your dealer doesn't know this, your car won't have it. And on a car that costs more than a liver transplant, yes it should be standard!
I have the electrochromic mirror but the usual 3 buttons for the home link aren't on the bottom of the mirror? My
Ferrari mistake! Your dealer ought to corr CR this by ordering a replacement mirror with the Homelink Or he should refund the option since it is missing Homelink
Question: Does your Lusso have Full electric seats with heating/ lumbar/ seat memory/ electric steering column adjustment?
Do you have the Fulll Electric Seat option with seat memory, heating. elumbar and lectric steering column adjustment? I heard that Homelink is included with this option.
Standard equipment and options vary from market to market. In the US: -Full electric seats are standard (ventilation is optional) -Homelink is "standard", although missing on early car (maybe all 2017's); 2018's have it
