I have always been a fan of the 612. I think it's a beautiful car. Driving down the highway I saw a black 612 and it made my think of a Forza article from years back. https://www.forza-mag.com/issues/90/articles/will-it-play-in-peoria

Does anyone know the car on the article? I would love to know if the owner ever got the car down to a three second flat zero to sixty.

All that and no sound clips? I wonder if it sounds anything like this

Enjoyed the article, but there’s something I just couldn’t let slide- if you anneal metal, the hardness goes down, and not up.

Is impressive though how much they gained from even just the intake mods alone.

Directly from the article “We got to 60 mph in 3.24 seconds!”

I think he meant after the article, if any further mods and got under that magical 3.0 number

What is the baffling in the air boxes referred to in the article? Mine seem to be fairly open other than the air filter. Am I missing something that is easily removed?

I was wondering the same thing...

Maybe they polished out the intake manifolds?
