    yeah, would have changed many times im sure. these days its 30 odd multi choice questions and a few riding exercises (keep between the lines, stop by a certain point etc)

    its too easy. the knowledge/ability required to scrape through and pass is not nearly enough imo

    15 question multiple choice test here to obtain your learners permit - need 12 to pass, I got 15 without even using my brain.

    Then some lessons and onto your practical test which is about 20mins of emergency braking (50kmh stops), o-turns (riding in a oval within the width of a suburban street) and general road riding. Also got 100% on that.

    All a bit too easy IMO.

    My brother at 46 in NZ is going for his at the moment. It takes forever and a heap of testing.

    You can still get your car licence at 15 though.

    No rush. I want solid red and apparently most are in team colours. I tried to get a special order Yellow to match the F50; but predictably they wouldn't do it.

    Nope, I said charge me no problems; but do it as it's only paint. They wouldn't have a bar of it, even when I offered the F50 for any promotion that they wanted.

    FWIW, a lot of the Brunei stuff was post production. For example, all the different F40 colours were done by Pininfarina post production. All 1315 of them left the factory in red originally. Same for the different 288 GTO's that he has.

    Nah, factory or nothing. It would be pretty cool to have the only factory delivered Giallo Fly Desmosedici. Unfortunately it's not to be and a wasted opportunity on their part.
