You do realize that many of the ‘cool sounding’ cars are playing that sound through a speaker in the engine bay...or piped into the cabin via the entertainment center...? Instead of fake news, it’s fake noise.
Not in my Bentley, or the ferrari, or anything special. The cars that play through the speakers tend to be BMW and Audi, due to their turbo tech. A Merc A45 as far as I’m aware does not. Besides, as I wouldn’t drive anything so inadequately powered as a hot hatch anyway, I have no skin in that game. I’m saying a F1 car should sound like an f1 car naturally, so drop the eco crap and let the engines sing as loudly as possible. If the turbos stay, they will be muted, but I’m sure allowing the designers free rein will have them tuning the exhausts better if they don’t have to reuse the spent energy in regeneration tech
He’s dead now, he won’t sue me..... no teacher in the UK in public schools has a ferrari or even dreams of it, they aren’t paid enough. My old headmistress had an Audi Quattro when they first hit the shops though...... one thoroughly cool car, al OST made her milf enough to play with!
Anything other than replacing Claire with someone from the outside would be a dead end attempt at a solution, like everything else they've attempted in the last several years. They need someone like Frederic Vasseur. In the short-term getting either Ocon or Perez would ideal. Both would bring money and can drive an F1 car competently.
Paddy Lowe needs to get his fingers out and design a good car or be replaced by a better designer. Williams is failing on the engineering side, mostlyl. This is what has to be addressed first of all.
