What about that copper one you had in the shop last year? That one needed some TLC for sure. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Heh, don't we all. Good luck Tom. Is this for you? I know you always wanted one. Man, I love that car. LP5000, S, 400? what do you need bro? When you get one and its all ready to roll gimme a shout. I will have the white suit and the gold chain ready to go on a cruise with yah.....oh yeah....and the coke too. Sweeeet. I know where there is one (that you may know of as well) It's sitting on a hoist at a shop (I know you know the shop) and it's a mystery when it will be finished. You know the Countach....the....I overheated-my-coutach-during-my-trip-in-Ottawa-and-my-last-resort-was-to-tow-it-to-a-Canadian-tire-only-to-have -the-car's-engine-blown-up-by-a-kid-who-works-the-back-room-who-decided-to-take-it-for-a-joy-ride-with-all-of-his-other-fellow-minimum-wage- friends-coutach???? This is just a story I heard. Don't hold me to this. It's funny nonetheless! But the car is there and I sat in it with no motor, its mint V.
The car is not for me. It for a customer who wants a project car to play with in his spare time. No real rush on it just thought I would put the word out there. Yes Vasco..thats the story with that car. I had a buyer for it "as is" last year and called Caliber, but Oris wouldn't let it go without it being fixed. He has most of the parts for the engine. That car has been in pieces for about 6 years now at least. Ryan..That copper CT has been sold to an unknowen to me buyer. That would have been a good one to buy, but he wanted way too much dough for it.
Yup, that's it. I worked for Orest 3 whole months in 2001-ish. Can't complain, he treated me well and always told me off in Portuguese even today. Problem with that place was it was WAAYYYY too quiet for me....you can hear the oil drip down the cyclider's in the Ferrari's it was so damn quiet. He does well but for a sales dude like me it was hell....so I went back to the 911's at World Fine Cars in 2002-ish. On me own now and I never looked back... Anyways, thought i'd help. Vasco
Ryan, you don't look a day older since I took that pic of you in the copper. You're ageless man. How do you do it?
Thanks Ryan..I did indeed see that thread but it seems he's looking to buy a smashed car, which my buyer does not want. He wants a straight car that just needs mechanical work and some interior work.
