Every time I placed an order with Autodoc for some unusual item I punctually received an email indicating that it isn't available. That is, after the order has been successfully placed on their website. Needless to say, reversing the charges takes far longer than one would expect. They seem to have a web of similar sites across most European countries but they are one single entity as far as I can tell. I might be wrong but my spidey senses tell me to stay away from them.
