I saw a floating/moving light "orb" ghost??

Not what I saw. It was no more then eight, or ten yards in front of me.

 

It was the ghost of Roy ORBison.

 

I have orb pictures I took. It looks a lot like the ones on that site. I took them in the Wieliczka Salt mines about 300ft below the surface, so obviously there is probably a lot of stuff floating arounnd in that air. Definately not supernatural though...

Oh yeah, there was this one too, which I took in bratislava. You see that thing that looks like the moon? Its not. It just showed up in the picture. It was probably a piece of dust that reflected my flash.

Right. I was talking about the original poster seeing "orbs" on his security camera. Ball lightning is completely different.

There are so many factors that could play in on single occurences. What makes any case or sighting relevant is the historical case file that can be built up as evidence behind it. For example...if you say you saw something...flash of light, movement, etc. whether it may or may not have actually occured, it is only your word that it did. Now let's say you saw something and described it exactly as 10 other previous people did in the same exact location just on a different day, then maybe it's something worth looking at. Then you have to take into account what normal factors may have happened. Can it be rationally explained...if so, how? Can I duplicate it the occurence and so forth. That's where the fun starts, when you can go into a place that already has been checked out and has been found to have truly unexplainable occurences that happen with great frequency. I think that is what I like best about Ghost hunting is trying to debunk the actual possibility of ghosts in front of "true believers".

 

You people are so naïve. Can’t you see this is all a US government conspiracy? This should be moved to the P&R section.
