all dash lights came on at once and will not shut off. How do I "reset" ? I already tried several times shutting off motor and restarting.

How's your battery? That would be the first thing to check.
First off, pulling the connection will likely reset the lights.
Second, a low battery (or corroded terminals) would be the #1 cause of multiple warning lights.

A battery disconnect, called a "Hard reset" is the very first procedure that Ferrari recommends when there is an electrical issue. It will not cause any damage.
It will erase any fault codes that are stored in all of the ECU's. So it is recommended to download these fault codes before performing a hard reset.
Since you are just trying to get your cluster to come back to life, I would not worry about fault codes and just try the reset.

Thanks - I will definitely look into bad battery, although car started perfectly last night and again today.
The battery is around 2 years old.
