Thats a very nice find! I guess I'm in the minority... the new picture of the rear made me like it even more than before!
You are not in minority and soon you will be in a majority when the real car ,with normal pics,appears. It will still be hated though, by some chest wig and gold chain wearing,Lambo driving ,pretenders.
I agree. This is obviously a late prototype with some pre-production parts (including some generic wheels) which have since been re-done, comparing with the official pictures: - At the front, the crease running down vertically from the headlights (at the outer edge of the grille) has been smoothed out and it looks like a lower lip (spoiler) was added below the grille. This must be a result of aero testing. My sketch showed the old shape as was seen on some of the prototypes. - The headlights (see cut-out in fender below 612 cover) had a very different shape. Very similar to what I had showed on my sketch. - At the rear, the "bumper" protrudes less and has a sharper crease, and the license plate recess is now tapered in the opposite direction, to match the trunk lid opening. As a final observation, the picture of the hood (carbon?) and fender, from above, really shows off the beautiful shape of the very Rossa-like fender - just gorgeous! Image Unavailable, Please Login

Why are they teasing us so?!?!?! With the F430, they had multiples of these press release photos up on the owners site--interior, exterior, different colors, c/f optioned, different colors, all kinds of angles...all in high res! So far, only those first three, and now this latest one. Give us more!!! Are they hidden somewhere else, cause those first three are all the owners' site has. And why not in high res? I dunno...where'd the high res of those shots come from? Y&F? ...And the ass in those shots of the blue car looks great! Good color too.
That italiaspeed article says the 599 GTB will have a 7 speed F1 sequential gearbox. I had not heard that it was going to have a 7 speed. Just another feature that will make the 599 GTB one of the best performing cars available.
i like that new front shot, looks very aggresive. But the side profile is a bit awkward, the passenger compartment and the roof looks a bit squashed from the front and rear side.
Well Italiaspeed isn't the best source to say the least.... I don't know if a 7-speed would even be necessary. Either way, this car will be quite a performer!

After seeing more and more uncovered pictures of the rear of the car, I think you need to find another "inside" source. Or maybe your source is talking about the replacement 599 GTBM
