I never said I wouldn't be pissed. I meant that we've blown this way out of proportion just because he did it on a Ferrari.

It's getting to the point that our behavior can be classified as stalking and harassment. This has gone way too far. I just wanted "Gibby/Gay-Bono" to "get what was coming to them". This has gone way too far. Methinks people here are enjoying playing web detective a little too much...

Since you're not saying, I don't know if you do or not but if you had something (FCar or otherwise) of significant value and some brazen twit came along and vandalized it in this nature, what would you suggest that be?

    ....besides "Not this" ;)

Watch for the St. Catharines Standard newspaper soon. Mr. Gibby should be all over it, and who knows, he may make front page.

Perhaps his loud mouth friend mpvzidz should join him. How dare you even defend a jerk like that....but then again, lovers will do anything for each other, won't they boy?

CBC News is next....then maybe CNN. This is going National and International. Simple message for those that touch other people's property, especially in the middle of the night in such a cowardly fashion.

Gibby .. I hope you defecate in your pants everytime you hear the sweet sound of a Ferrari. Apologize now on YouTube and go directly to the police. This isn't going away pal ... but you might be.

I've had my cars vandalized before, I know what it feels like.

I think I've made myself pretty clear in terms of punishment. Do what you will to Gibby/Gay-Bono, they'll get what they deserve. Embarrassment, fines, criminal charges, whatever. But leave their friends/family out of it.

Would you like to be called at 2am because one of your dumb**** employees got drunk and pissed on a car? Would you like your friends to be arrested and/or harassed right in front of you on your wedding day? I think not.

I'm not defending those dumbasses for what they did, I'm just saying punish those responsible, not their friends.

Edit: I think embarrassment by the media seems like a justifiable punishment.

You've used the term 'stalking' in a previous post in reference to the phone call to the employer in the middle of the night. I'm not sure this classification is fair.....and actually, YES!!!!!, I think would like to know if one of the employees in my small business did this. I'd like to know the character of the people who report to me, and depending upon how the caller presented himself, I might even be grateful he alerted me to the situation.

As to embarrassment by the media, this is the part about which I worry. Not that this won't get coverage, it's just that it might give this little nosewipe his 15 minutes of fame and brand him as 'cool' to all his addle-minded friends.

Also, I don't think anyone answered.....legal drinking age in Ontario is 19.

BTW, I don't own a Ferrari, and yeah, if someone p****d in my 97 Saab, I'd be pretty p****d.

Maybe at 2:00 PM, but I doubt you'd be so pleased at 2:00 AM.

Hey lookitsme ... I'm a little surprised by your empathy for this twit. In my opinion it's a lesson in this day and age of youth thinking that they can get away with anything. Not on my watch. I've worked hard and smart to achieve those things that we dream of, as I'm sure all of us have. To let this be would be a disservice to all exotic car owners and what kind of message would that send to others who may have the same kind of stupids brain freeze as this Gibby punk?

Sure it will be embarassing for his friends to read this, ... yes it will be stressful for the people at the wedding party and for sure it is an eye opener for his employer to be called at 2:15 am so that he sees how he is represented by his apprentice during off hours. I'm the one that called him, and I would do it again! I would also hope that if my assistant committed a wreckless and stupid move like that, I would want to be notified. It would be immediate dismissal and a good lesson to be learned by that person not to ever do it again, no matter how heroic or funny it may seem at the time.

Sweeping this under the mat isn't going to work for me. It's important that a precedent is set for all to see that no matter where we all live, we have a common thread and that we will stay together for justice to be served in whatever manner in comes, be it jail, embarassment, loss of friends, scolding from parents or a good ass kicking.

There will be some of us that will just happen to be playing golf on the 19th during the wedding ceremony in St Catharines. The fact that there will be a few Ferraris angled in the club's parking lot will make this Gibby dick, and friends, think twice about ever touching someone else's property again and to know that every time he hears, sees or thinks of exotic pieces of moving art... will make him relive the senseless act that he committed.

The Penn Centre's security camera's caught this kid as well. An associate of mine is getting copies as of this writing. The charges that will be laid are Criminal Acts and not under the Highway Traffic Act. Good luck Gibby getting your full plumbers license when you have a Criminal Record that will stay with you for ever. Maybe no access to the USA, or probation and curfew times set up,...alcohol counselling....community work, etc. It's seems harsh for pissing on $250K auto for a laugh, but how the wheel is round.

Gibby needs to go directly to the police, turn himself in and make whatever excuse he needs to for his actions, .... he also needs to shoot a video on YouTube and passionately apologize for his actions and stupidity ... he needs to locate the owner of the car and appease him in whatever manner is fit and justified.

So please don't feel sorry for this kid. What if it was your son or nephew or acquaintance ... I doubt you would feel the same way. You would send him to apologize immediately I would hope. No excuse for this action. The kid is not a kid....he's an adult.

And to you beautiful BigTex ... I'm all man and love women sweetheart. Thank you for the welcome. Ciao Bella.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not defending Gibby or his curiously homosexual cohorts. I'm saying that it's rude to call someone at 2:00 AM about something that could wait till morning. And why would you want to ruin someone's wedding over this? They didn't vandalize that car, did they?

I'm also intrigued as to what actually happened during the phone call...
