Particularly useful if you click on the groups tab.

Oh damn! How clever! Blue tinted halogen bulbs "AUTHENTIC PREMIUM (TM) XENONS."

    And from his website:

And at only $88 per set! That's a profit margin!

Actually, Mr. Gunboat has posted a pic of himself before.

Hint: You were there, and you, and you...

The basic difference between the two?

One is self-absorbed, the other is absorbing (I mean that in a good way).

I dunno, seems pretty simple to me.

Looks like somebody loves Mexican food by the looks of that fridge. I see at least 2 bottles of hot sauce and a package of tortilla shells on the bottom shelf. Looks like the top of a Chi Chi's hot Picante on the top shelf....good stuff. I also see corn on the cob (remember, it's hard to digest that stuff), some "Smilk" looking product near the bottom and a fine selection of salad dressings. You eat well. As far as the cantaloupe....I wouldn't have one of those shoved up my arse....and NOBODY uses a butter dish anymore!!!!

First and foremost, Uro- you are a funny bastard. Thanks for taking the post in stride and thanks to everyone for the hilarious pchops. Good stuff.

Now, on to business with Ryan aka LAfun2...

Actually, it doesn't bother me, just mild curiosity paired with a slow Monday. As for "Days of Our Lives"... there is a better show called "Freedom Acres" that I've been wanting to catch. It's porn, for old-married people with low to no morals. ;)

Agreed here. 1. Wealth is relative 2. How one gets there IS important to me

I mentioned that both have achieved an "enviable" level of wealth. Which goes back to point #1. Wealth IS relative.

Are they called "posers" or "enthusiasts"? Do people do laps at 150mph+ in the Crystal Cove parking lot or are they just there so "other people can check them out"?

Why would you say "it doesn't matter" and then provide the UN of two people whom I could reference for proof? LOL. Uh, okay.

I've posted a few pics of my ex-gf's but in the BIKINI thread.

Is it so other people can see them? Yes. Is it because they are hot? Yes.

No shame in that game, that's what the bikini thread is for. Lots of the guys here do it. You should look at it instead of the "guys in boxers and then some" thread.

Are you worth 100x more than Jimmy? 10x? Even 2x? How about 0.25x?

Jimmy doesn't appear to be much older than me. I don't think I am much older than you. I doubt that the people who are worth 100 times as much as Jimmy are even remotely near our age range. Yes, I AM impressed by someone near my age who owns a Ferrari 360, a Duc 996, a tuned 540i, a 911 turbo cab AND a big house with a 4-car garage in SoCal. The reason I am impressed? I understand Jimmy to be self-made, which is the best thing anyone could ever be in my opinion.

Why? My sympathy and $3.50 will buy him a latte at Starbucks. If he doesn't care less, he should.

    Your understanding needs recalibrating. :)

I understand along with many others here that Jimmy is *not* a self made sucess story....but something along the lines of inheritance from a family fortune, illegal or not, i dont know.

    My uninformed opinion of course.

Jimmy, feel free to chime in here..... I see your "online"

"Self made" seemingly misleads the unwary by selling blue tinted halogens and calling them Xenon and hiding it under a trademark that does not exist.

    LOL. That was funny. :D

No, actually now that you mention it- I haven't seen him post in the Business forum.

    Aw hell. Didn't know that.

Surely EBAY or the owner of the XENON patent would have ripped him a new one/shut him down if this was true no?

Nick (apparently "the devil's advocate" for the evening.)

My car has factory Xenon, so I won't be doing that anytime soon. However, I did order a set (not from Jimmy) for my Porsche and my other SAAB- they both crapped out after a month.

They WERE less than $10 though, it was to be expected as no one can reasonably assume that they are getting the real deal worth thousands for $10 or even $88.

You get what you pay for. Coca-Cola was sold originally sold as a medication. Did it cure ailments? No. Does it taste good? Yes.

    Caveat Emptor!
