    same price as the 499P ferrari

    has a lot of appeal to it with:
    900kg weight
    1200hp
    15,000rpm V10
    1700kg downforce @ 150mph

    will have to be a very very good driver to get the most of it though for sure!

    499P Modificata base price is €5.1M.

    RB17 base price is £5.75M.

    At the current exchange rates, it's ~5.6M USD vs ~7.5M USD.

    ah, I read £5m for the RB17 but most are saying just under £6m

    either way neither are cheap!

    I guess they are joking when saying this car will be pretty easy to drive on a track..
    Better for Michelin to produce a very very good custom tyre for this car..

    Yeap. It seems that Cosworth is now the "go to" engine maker for any supercar manufacturer that doesn't build its own engines (apart from McLaren).
