Neither! :D Machiatto if you're going to a coffee shop. That has less adulterants.

Mypref is a straight double shot of espresso, no flavorants, no cutting agents, nada, zilch.
Straight down the hatch in one swig, like a cowboy knocking back whiskey in an old Western!

If you must adulterate and are making it @ home, what we do for my wife is - add flavorants
(cinnamon, cocoa powder, sweetener) to milk, foam the milk concoctio, and then add your double
shot of espresso to the flavored milk foam. So-called "upside down." Then a shake or two extra of cocoa
powder and cinnamon. A quick stir. Enjoy.

That sounds good, especially with the cinnamon. I forget where we were, think it was the Florida Keys, we had coffee with Mexican chocolate dissolved in. Yummy!

The condensed milk addition reminds me of Thai/Vietnamese coffee, which I like.

Nguyen "True Grit" and "Hanoi" are the two that I have tried. Nothing fancy, just grind about 16 gms and dump in my Jura S8 for a double espresso. I had read many bad comments about Robusta beans, ie "Taste like burnt rubber, etc." but these coffee beans taste OK to me.

I like my own Chemex brewed coffee the best. I like to grind my own beans but have been having trouble getting Caffe Verona in Deca whole beans. I buy three or four 5 lb bags at a time. My wife and I make it very strong.

I was at a tire store getting new tires for Wife's Cayenne S. Next door was a Starbucks....Haven't had one in 3(?) years. Ordered a PSL. It was incredibly bad. It was basically slightly flavored, diluted, warm milk with essentially no coffee flavor. Corporate must be cutting back on "expensive" components to blunt inflation curve.

Tall (not Grande - Tall - AKA Medium anywhere other than Starbucks) Quad Americano - no room - one ice cube so it is more quickly consumable
