    Hi all,

Does anyone know if there will be something organised again comparable to Le 250 Tornano a casa? If so, what events will they visit? Le Mans Classic?

    Best regards, Peter

I got the press info this weekend and there is a Ferrari exhibition pictured on the map of the paddock area. No info on what to expect, so I've sent the press office an email.

I hope you did not travel a long way just for this exhibition !! There were only four cars, a 512 BBLM, a Daytona Comp. together with a Roma and a 296. That's it ! Lucky we managed to see three SP3 in action on the track. Lovely

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately I didn't make it to Le Mans. Do you have a picture of the BBLM?

My legs and feet are still hurting from the many kilometres walked at LMC this weekend but my smile is stronger:)

Gabi Von O who raced her sixties Alpine this weekend said it best; a Woodstock for petrol heads!

My goodness, can't you afford an E-Bike? You should know by now that electricity, and ONLY electricity is the future! Forget all that petrol stuff..........

Me too! I didn’t stay the weekend, I was there for work on Friday (woke up at 5am, came back home at 3:30am), after an already busy week, I think I slept 12h straight on Saturday! :p

for the E-Bike I couldn’t, I was with customers they couldn’t have kept up!

0872 in action this past weekend at LMC, no silly music or talking: enjoy:)

And here a short overview giving a good idea of the ambiance; there is nothing else that comes close, anywhere.

Raced the 3M BBLM pictured above. Tommaso took 288km/h in the first part of the straight and the car was still pulling. I was much slower ,,,with the Jaguar on grid 3, we had 2 hours between each race during the evening/ night/ morning. Actually slept in the car in the paddock. Still I use an original monkey bike bought from the late Peter Baumberger to commute between the paddock and our base camp!

Was actually my LMC #7, a pretty good one with very nice weather and a good ambience after 4 years without LMC. But all cars ran perfectly, just a lot of fuel @5 euros a liter ( for 102 octanes!),,give us a preview of what will happen next specially for a car that runs on one liter per kilometer, or close to!

Boah...#0872 is -IMO- one of the best looking Ferraris ever made!!!!!! David Franklin is driving it for years now and I think still grins when stepping out of it....

my street legal testarossa koenig competition needs only 98 octane, but when full power also around 1 ltr for each km, but I also can go with 0,25 ltr for 1 km but then it makes no fun
