I chose to watch Loma vs Nakatani last night for free. I couldn't see paying $70+ to watch Tank.
Loma Looked GREAT! Nakatani was too tough for his own good. He took alot of big shots.

2021 has delivered some good boxing so far and there is more to come.

I watched “4 Kings”, episode 4 last night …. Found it interesting that they called the fight between Sugar Ray & Hagler a draw after Hagler had put Sugar Ray down twice. He retired after that, thought he got screwed, and moved to Italy with his head intact ( his words ).

The slant from the show was the boxing commission and the powers at be ruled it a draw to keep the money train rolling.

I don’t follow boxing at all, but I thought the series was really interesting - I remember hearing these names a lot back then but just never paid much attention.

Riddick had so much talent. Unfortunately Lewis was around. I didn't blame Bowe for ducking him.

 

I ended up watching Tank for free on a local sports channel on tv here by chance lol. Didn't think it would have been for free, but it was.

I watched the Loma fight also, both were great fights.

Looking forward to Loma VS Lopez II

Then we have Wilder VS Fury III, AJ VS Usyk, Pacman VS Spence Jr

And many more big fights to come in 2021!!

 

Yes, 2021 has been great for boxing so far and many more to come.

I didn't know Jermell Charlo was fighting yesterday until I came across the fight by chance on Kayo Sports lol

I watched the fight, it was a good fight. His opponent Castano is as tough as nails!!

The fight was called a split decision draw, but I think Castano was winning by at least one, maybe two rounds.

One judge had scored the fight 117-111 to Charlo! THAT judge needs to be fired!

From what I have been reading on some boxing forums they are saying Castano was robbed lol

Wasn't highway robbery, but I think he should have won the fight.

And I just read an article where Charlo said he doesn't want the rematch lol, even though Castano holds the belt he needs to unify the division lol

Castano wants the rematch of course.

 

It was definitely a close fight. Castano in my opinion May have squeaked by with a win, But a draw is NOT highway robbery. I've seen worse.
But I can tell you, Charlo CAN TAKE A PUNCH!!!
